This centre is the biggest shopping mall in Kenya, housing 70 shops, restaurants and businesses including a 50,000 sq ft Uchumi Hyper-market, an amusement arcade, a 1000 sq m international exhibition centre with a busy calendar of trade shows, educational & cultural events. A veterinary clinic is situated separately in the 700 vehicle parking area. All main ATM machines are available. The centre is open seven days a week.

Village Market
The Village Market is set in a garden-like setting with cascades of water, pools and fountains. In addition to all the services and shops expected to find in a shopping centre, the Village Market offers an al fresco food court, Italian Ice-cream parlour, Nu-Metro Cinema with 4 screens, a miniature golf course, and water park with swimming pools and a variety of water slides. A large, Woolworths store (South Africa) is the newest addition to the shopping outlets here.

Though not as extensive as Sarit Centre or the Yaya Centre, the Capital Centre Arcade offers better security. The centre is located behind a high stone wall and iron gates manned by security personell. A gate pass is issued to all drivers and it is difficult for pedestrians to enter without identification. No reports of any pick-pocketing or purse-snatching at all.
